Cartoplast Bertesi is an Italian company founded in 1961 by Ezio Bertesi, still active in the company as President, which has specialized in the production of suspension files for office furniture since 1963.
We are Europe’s largest suspension file specialist; the only remaining independent OEM in this product category.
The production cycle, from raw materials to the finished product ready for shipment, is carried out entirely within our factory.
We purchase only raw materials (plastic granules, steel and cardboard coils) from certified European suppliers, while all the parts that make up the finished product are manufactured in-house in the following 4 highly specialised production departments:
Plastic injection moulding department
Pressure moulding, cutting and drawing of steel sheets department
Unwinding, die-cutting, and printing department
Fully automated assembly department for finished product
Our 100% vertically integrated production facility allows us total control over product quality and great responsiveness to market demands, both in terms of product specifications and required volumes (we produce tens of millions of products per year).
